Day 31

I drew this yesterday, though I admittedly forgot to actually post it yesterday. Drawing it is what matters, though.

It's on tracing paper (it's not a trace, though) which I used to create an underlying structure that I drew the finished product on top of. The following is the underlying structure:

It's mirrored, though, as you can see.

Day 30

Day 30. Quite a bit! This is inspired by parkour I was doing today, analyzing the method of a good jump from stationary.

Day 28

Chell, the protagonist from the games "Portal" and "Portal 2."

This is mostly not a trace, too!

Day 21

This is a joke about the game QWOP. If you haven't played it, do so and laugh your head off. Afterwards you will feel like an accomplished individual for being able to walk.

And there you have it. Thanks for viewing!

Day 20

I finally got this scanned in!

I later did some edits, and here's the edited version.

Day 19

"Is that all? Nope."

Not even close.

Day 18

This is an idea that I've had for a couple days... It's my invention of an underwater suit that would be armored and enhance strength, as well as simply being air-tight.

Thanks for viewing! As always, feedback would be appreciated! Have an awesome day.

Day 16

Just a sketch of a female face. Since my scanner is back up, I did a graphite sketch. Unfortunately, the drawing didn't turn out real well. The eye of the viewer's left and the mouth are kinda messed up. I fixed it a bit with photoshop, but it's still messed.

I hope that you like it! I think that it's okay, but could be better... a good bit better.

Day 15

This is a "Big Daddy" and the "Little Sister" that it protects from Bioshock.

Day 14

A couple guns from the early 1900's. The 1911 semi-automatic and the Smith & Wesson... 38, I want to say. Yeah, not much into revolvers, so it's a bit off. Anyways...

P.S. ever notice that I like sepia?

Day 13

This is going to have a bit more content than my average post, especially since all of it was created within the last 24 hours. The first sketch you'll see is something that I was drawing purely by description and suggested adjustment from a friend. I like it a lot, but it's not exactly like what the picture was "Supposed" to (not saying that it's incorrect.) Anyway, here is that:

I love the way that one came out; I think it's a really great work and I'm quite happy with it. Nevertheless, me and my friend both wanted me to do something that was closer to the original picture. So, using the original photo as a reference, I came up with the following. I'm going to post it as the sketch, then colored hair, then the almost finished one. There will be one more after these.

At this point, I'd basically finished it, but the lips were lacking correct color or any detail. So, finally, the finished version:

Thanks for viewing, I hope that you like this! Feedback would be very appreciated!

Day 12

Day 12 is a basic sketch of a woman, using the same thickness of line everywhere just to make it a challenge - and more interesting.

Smudgy ink tough soldier

Future space soldier with awesome beastliness and pownage. I did this a while ago... I did it immediately (literally) after doing "Blackness." Here it are!

He has space-age armor plating equipped, a helmet, a ammo bag on his left thigh, his left arm is robotic (though I left the flesh sketch underneath the robot arm... *whistles*), and he has two pistols or submachine guns which he just dropped the clips out of to reload. OH! And the armor on his right arm has been mostly torn off. Don't mess with this guy.

I hope that you like it, thanks for viewing!

Day 9

Per suggestion of an awesome friend of mine, I have drawn an old-fashion style mobster with the whole trench coat/fedora/Thompson submachine gun (aka Tommy gun) deal going on. And without further adieu, here it is:

I hope that you like it, thank you for viewing!

Day 8

I felt like messing around with one of Photoshop's brushes in a nice, abstract, way.

Day 6

I'm not even going to mention day 2, but here's day 6:

It's from Star Trek: The Next Generation. It's a scene from "Imaginary Friend," Season 5 Episode 22. From left to right: Riker, Picard, Geordi, Data. They are looking out at an energy field cloud nebula thing from the ready room (aka meeting room).

Day 5

Fifth day, I should be able to get the second up tomorrow with the seventh. I'm somewhat angry about things that I cannot do anything about, and also somewhat depressed due to that. Well, not anymore, but I was and that's where the emotion in this came from. The anger of the explosion is faded and blurred in memory by the sadness in the rain and questioning...

Here's an alternate version with everything behind the rain darkened:
